Welcome to TRIVOXS. Please read these Commercial Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any CGI or UGC production services. By commissioning work or accepting a custom proposal, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Service Scope & Deliverables

TRIVOXS provides high-end CGI product photography, custom digital banner creatives, and hybrid CGI/UGC video ad production. Exact deliverables, file specifications, and standard turnaround timelines (SLA) are defined in your custom campaign proposal builder sheet.

2. Revision Policies

To ensure sustainable operation and transparent pricing, we enforce strict, category-specific revision guidelines:

CGI Product Photography & Custom Banners: We offer a maximum of one (1) round of revision post-delivery. Revisions are restricted to adjustment of textures, materials, simple placements, or lighting based on your original guidelines.
CGI & UGC Video Ads: We offer **no post-delivery revisions** on video assets. To ensure full alignment, we seek step-by-step confirmation and client sign-off at each phase of the production process: script approval, raw footage review, and draft edits. Once approved, the final video rendering is delivered and finalized.

3. Pricing, Billing & Deposit

We operate on a Risk-Free Payment Policy. There is **0% advance booking deposit** required to start scripting and creator sourcing. The full payment is due upon your approval of the **50% video draft preview** (with watermark), before final unwatermarked master asset delivery.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

Upon receipt of the final balance payment, TRIVOXS transfers 100% full, perpetual, worldwide digital and print commercial usage rights for the delivered assets to your brand. No recurring royalties or attribution locks are required.

TRIVOXS retains the right to showcase delivered visuals, animations, and video ads within our public portfolios, website galleries, and marketing case studies unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or custom white-label agreement is executed in writing before campaign launch.

5. Project Input Requirements

Clients must supply high-resolution photos, accurate dimensions, CAD files, or physical reference samples as requested. TRIVOXS is not responsible for errors in the final render arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated reference materials provided by the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deliverables are provided "as-is". TRIVOXS makes no warranties regarding advertising performance, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, or return on ad spend (ROAS) resulting from the use of our CGI and UGC ad campaigns.
