Welcome to TRIVOXS. Please read these Commercial Terms & Conditions carefully before booking video editing services. By commissioning work, booking a test edit, or retaining our editing services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Service Scope & Turnaround (SLA)

TRIVOXS specializes in high-retention short-form video editing for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social performance video ads. Deliverables include color-graded, audio-mastered, motion-captioned, high-bitrate MP4 files formatted for 9:16 vertical displays (or requested custom aspect ratios). Turnaround time is strictly 24 to 48 business hours per batch as specified in your project agreement.

2. Strict One (1) Revision Round Policy

To maintain rapid 24–48h delivery cadences and accessible agency pricing, we enforce a strict, transparent revision policy:

• Single Round Limit: Every individual video edit includes exactly one (1) round of revision.
• Scope of Revision (Editor Errors & Typos Only): This single revision round is strictly reserved for fixing mistakes, typos, or oversights made by our editor relative to the initial project brief. This includes correcting misspelled words in dynamic captions, minor sound balance tweaks, or minor sync adjustments.
• Explicit Exclusions: Revisions do NOT include replacing raw video footage, re-shooting or altering voiceovers/scripts, changing the fundamental creative direction, or adding new animations, graphics, or effects that were not requested in the original project brief.
• Client Upfront Brief Requirement: If you have a specific creative vision, style reference, pacing guideline, or caption styling preference in mind, you must provide complete, detailed instructions upfront before editing begins. Our team edits strictly according to your initial brief. Any fundamental changes or additions requested after editing starts will require a new paid order or scope add-on.

3. Pricing, Billing & Deliverable Handoff

All project fees are agreed upon prior to kickoff. For custom single-video or bulk batch orders, payment is due as established during onboarding. Final unwatermarked, high-resolution master video files and download links are delivered immediately upon invoice confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

Upon receipt of full payment, TRIVOXS transfers 100% full, perpetual, worldwide commercial ownership and distribution rights for the delivered edited videos to your brand or channel. You are free to publish, monetize, and distribute the videos across all social media and advertising networks without recurring royalties or attribution.

TRIVOXS reserves the right to feature delivered video edits, clips, and before/after comparisons within our agency portfolio, showreels, website showcase, and social case studies unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or white-label agreement is requested and executed in writing prior to project kickoff.

5. Client Source Footage Quality & Guidelines

Clients are solely responsible for supplying clear, usable raw footage, legible audio, and any proprietary brand assets (logos, custom fonts, brand guides). TRIVOXS cannot be held liable for degradation in final video fidelity or comprehension resulting from poor source audio, low-resolution clips, or incomplete assets provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

All video editing deliverables are provided "as-is" with guaranteed professional craft and turnaround. While our pacing, sound design, and motion captions are engineered for peak retention, TRIVOXS makes no direct guarantees regarding viral performance, algorithmic reach, follower acquisition, click-through rates, or return on ad spend (ROAS).
