2. How We Use Information

We process your data and media files solely for the delivery of commissioned video editing services:

• To edit, cut, grade, caption, animate sound-design, and render final short-form video assets.
• To communicate with you for draft reviews, milestone updates, and your single error-revision round.

Only assigned video editors and project managers have access to project media. Upon request, we gladly execute standard B2B Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving any sensitive footage or brand assets.

TRIVOXS does not sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal details, brand contacts, or private video footage to third-party marketing companies.

Anonymized usage statistics are shared with Google Analytics to analyze web traffic. Standard secure communications are handled via WhatsApp Business API and Google Workspace email servers.
